How do I provide my measurements?

You can easily provide your measurements by filling out our online measurement form. If you prefer, we also provide doorstep measurement services, in which our expert tailor takes exact measurements at your location (an additional fee applies).

Can I bring my own fabric?

Yes, absolutely! You can bring your own fabric, and we’ll create your dress according to what you want. If you need fabric suggestions, we’ll be happy to suggest options based on your requirements.

What makes our process different from other tailoring services?

Our process stands out because we offer both online and doorstep tailoring services, providing the benefit of getting your traditional dresses made without leaving home. You can bring your own fabric, or we will recommend the best possibilities. We focus on personalized service and craftsmanship, with measurements taken accurately to ensure a perfect fit.

Can I return the dress if I don’t like it?

We do not accept returns on our dresses because they are custom-made to your exact requirements and measurements. To avoid unhappiness, we recommend you to confirm all details before placing your order.

Which locations do you serve?

Nashala offers only tailoring services in the Delhi NCR region (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad). We've established a solid presence in this area and are committed to offering high-quality, personalized service. While we currently focus on Delhi NCR, we are excited to grow in the the future!

What should I do if I don’t know my exact measurements?

If you're unsure of your measurements, you may either measure yourself with the help of a friend or family member using our online guidance, or you can choose our doorstep service, in which our expert tailor will take your measurements.

How is the doorstep service different from online measurement submission?

With online measurement submission, you take your own measurements using our guide. The doorstep service is where we send an expert tailor to your location to take exact measurements, which ensures an even more accurate fit, but it comes with an additional charge.

Can I schedule a fitting before the final delivery?

We do not provide fitting trials before delivery. However, we take great care to ensure the best fit based on your measurements. Minor changes might be made after delivery.

How do you ensure the quality of the fabric and tailoring?

We use high-quality fabrics and expert tailors to make every dress. Every garment goes through strict quality checks before being sent for delivery, ensuring your dress is perfect and exactly as requested.

Can I share my own design, or do I have to choose from existing ones?

Absolutely! You may bring your own design ideas to life. Whether you have a sketch or just an idea in your mind, we’ll work closely with you to create a dress that reflects your unique style. If you have any questions, we can also suggest some pre-designed choices and help you change them according to your taste.

Do you provide services outside Delhi NCR?

At this time, Nashala offers services only in the Delhi NCR region. We are committed to providing high-quality tailoring in this region and hope to expand in the future.

Are there any additional charges for service outside specific areas within Delhi NCR?

If you're in a more remote location within Delhi NCR (like specific areas of Greater Noida, Gurugram outskirts, among others), there may be an additional travel charge for doorstep measurements. We’ll let you know of any extra charges when you book a service.

What happens if I receive a damaged or defective dress?

If your dress arrives damaged or defective when you receive it, contact us within 24 hours. We will either repair the dress or offer a replacement, depending on the nature of the issue. Please send us photos of the damage or defect so we can evaluate the situation quickly.

How long does it take to resolve a refund or replacement request?

If a refund or replacement is needed, we aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, usually within 5-7 business days. We will keep you informed about the progress of your request throughout the process.

Do you charge extra for urgent orders?

Yes, urgent orders (depending on availability) are subject to additional charges. Please let us know in advance if you require express delivery.

Is there any return pickup charge if I need a fitting adjustment?

Yes, if you request a pickup for fitting changes, there will be a small return pickup charge (depending on your location in Delhi NCR). To avoid this price, you can also send the outfit to us yourself by courier.
Please note, we only offer one-time minor fitting changes, not full returns or exchanges, as every outfit is custom-stitched.

How much time does it take to deliver the stitched outfit?

The delivery time for your stitched outfit is usually 5 to 7 working days for most regular items like suits or blouses. For heavier outfits such as wedding dresses or detailed lehengas, it may take a little longer. When you submit your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. If you require faster delivery, express stitching is available at an additional price, based on availability.

We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and online banking.
